District Conference in 2010 / GSE Team Meeting

1. DGN John Cameron requests: Would you be kind enough to alert Presidents that we would like to "claim" the following dates for District Conference in 2010 - 18.03.2010 - 21.03.2010.

Some weeks (perhaps months) ago I surveyed all Presidents to see if there were any "no go" dates in 2010. The abovementioned dates have been set in light of that feedback from Presidents. Clearly there were several nil responses, so we are flying blind with those clubs.

2. The Rotary Club of North Sydney will be hosting the above GSE team at our regular meeting on Thursday 24th April. In view of the team's very tight program timing it has been decided that the meeting will also comprise the team's official farewell from the district.

Although we don't have any confirmation I anticipate that the team will not only make a visual presentation but also provide a little musical diversion.

We would be delighted if DG Monica was able to attend. Also could I ask Robyn to circulate the district clubs to inform any interested members so that they could also attend

The club meets at 12.30pm for 12.55pm at Norths’ Rugby Leagues Club, Abbott Street, Cammeray; there is ample parking available at Norths’ and in the surrounding area. The cost of attending would be the regular club lunch fee of $20.

Like any rotary club we always welcome visiting Rotarians and their guests without prior notice. However it would be very helpful re catering/registration if anyone coming could let me know by Wednesday 23rd April
